Experience in central line care and wound care will be highly valuable in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Assess health needs and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications including injections and IV therapy
Monitor patients and perform ongoing assessments
Provide assistance with personal care, including hygiene needs
Participate in on-call rotation for urgent patient needs Requirements:
Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
RPN diploma or RN degree required
Valid First Aid or CPR Certification
Access to a reliable vehicle for travel
