As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality products that meet their expectations. Your creativity and attention to detail will shine as you craft everything from bread to pastries, while also providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and quality.
Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Package baked goods for sale, ensuring they are presented attractively.
Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their selections and answering any questions they may have.




Maintain equipment and kitchen tools in good working condition.

Experience
Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry preparation, is preferred.
Robust knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking.
