Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations to uphold health standards
Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering when necessary
Handle cashing out customers efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling records
Support food service operations by assisting with serving food items when required
Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in bartending or beverage service roles
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse guests
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in busy settings while multitasking seamlessly
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs accurately
Experience in cashiering or serving roles within hospitality settings is a plus
