Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Siding Installer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about craftsmanship, detail-oriented work, and delivering high-quality siding installations. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for installing various types of exterior siding and performing carpentry tasks that enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial buildings. Duties
Measure, cut, and install different siding materials such as vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or composite panels according to project specifications and blueprints
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete siding installations with precision
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of work
Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trimming, and finishing to support siding installation and overall project completion
Apply caulking around seams, joints, and edges to ensure weatherproofing and a clean finish




Lift heavy materials safely while maintaining proper posture to prevent injury during installation processes
Conduct site inspections to verify measurements, alignment, and quality standards throughout each phase of the project

Qualifications
Proven experience with construction work, especially in siding installation or carpentry roles
Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, levels, and measuring tapes
Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into physical work in office
Solid knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing and sealing applications
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights
Handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various repair and installation tasks
Prior experience with blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings is highly desirable

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
