Before You Apply, Ask Yourself:
Can you maintain the highest standards of discipline, accountability, and professionalism within your security team as a Security Supervisor?
Are you confident in addressing misconduct, policy violations, performance issues, and insubordination promptly, fairly, and professionally?
Can you effectively supervise, coach, train, and evaluate security guards to ensure full compliance with site procedures, post orders, and company policies?
Can you actively monitor CCTV throughout your shift to verify that security guards are performing their duties and following all required procedures?
Can you hold your team accountable without overlooking or covering up misconduct, while dealing with issues objectively and professionally?
Position Responsibilities
Report daily all directions and operational matters promptly.
Implement all directives issued by the Management and provide regular feedback on their completion.
Serve as the primary liaison between Management and the in office security team, including providing after-hours operational support when required.
Perform regular security guard duties, including security desk responsibilities, while carrying out supervisory responsibilities.

Experience:
Residential Condominium Security: 1 year (required)
