Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership abilities and a solid background in industrial maintenance. This role requires proficiency in managing maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and leading a team of maintenance professionals. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality in all maintenance tasks.

Duties
Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure effective operation and performance of all equipment.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
Fabricate parts and components as needed to support ongoing operations.
Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies required for maintenance tasks.




Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the maintenance department.
Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve overall operational efficiency.

Experience
Proven experience in industrial maintenance management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Proficiency in managing electrical systems, including low-voltage applications.
Familiarity with logic controllers and their application in industrial settings.
Experience with CMMS for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues effectively.
Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of their work.
