Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer accounts and records.
Provide product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints effectively.
Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences.




Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
Utilize analysis skills to identify trends or recurring issues, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Additional task such as assisting accounting, estimators and dispatch department

Experience
Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Familiarity with data entry systems and analysis tools is a plus.
Robust communication skills, including active listening and explicit articulation, are essential.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques will be advantageous in maximizing revenue opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
