Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and energetic individual to join our team as a Hair Stylist and Front Desk Associate. Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and manage the front desk with professionalism and enthusiasm
Provide expert hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue




Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations
Ensure all tools and workstations are properly sanitized between appointments
Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product perks and features

Qualifications
Proven experience in hair styling with a robust portfolio of work
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon setting
Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently
Previous experience working at the front desk or in retail sales is a plus
