Duties
Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle or grooming preferences
Offer suggestions and recommendations based on client's hair type and facial structure
Perform various hair styling techniques, such as cutting, trimming, and shaping hair
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the barber shop
Upsell additional services or products to clients

Skills
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
Proficiency in front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
Knowledge of various hair styling techniques and trends




Ability to perform retail sales of hair care products or grooming tools
Understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe setting for clients
