Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and energetic Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert hair styling and grooming services while delivering outstanding customer service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring they leave looking and feeling their best. Duties
Perform haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their grooming needs




Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive experience from start to finish
Stay current with industry trends through ongoing training from national and brand educators

Skills
Solid customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Proficiency in hair styling techniques for men and women
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Ability to upsell retail products effectively without being pushy
Excellent communication skills for clear consultations and team collaboration
Experience in retail sales and front desk operations is highly desirable
A proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and qualified growth

Pay: $15.00-$40.02 per hour
