Looking to immediately hire a full time afternoon shop supervisor

Experience :
5 years or more of manufacturing or fabricating experience
Must be well organized and be able to work well with others
Must have a solid knowledge of processes and fabrication
Must have excellent knowledge of use and care for tools
Welding and fabricating experience a necessity

Skills:
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, charts, and tables
Work well with others in supervisory position
Must be able to work diplomatically with customers on a limited basis
Must be able to work afternoons Monday to Thursday - 10 hour shift
Be skilled in problem solving, job task planning, and organizing
Reading, writing, and numeracy skills required
Weight handling: up to 50lbs
Must have own tools and steel toe safety boots
Rapid-paced workplace and tight deadlines
Standing for long periods of time
