Asset based trucking company is seeking an Director of Brokerage Operations to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives (brokerage is at startup stage)
Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the trucking industry/freight brokerage
Robust sales and management skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Robust leadership qualities

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year

Transportation: 2 years (Preferred)
