Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to manage time efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Engage with customers, providing friendly service and assistance in selecting drinks.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.




Adhere to and enforce Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission (AGLC) rules and regulations

Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry or bartending is preferred.
Smart Serve or Pro Serve certification (or willingness to obtain).
Solid cash handling skills and experience with cashiering duties.
Knowledge of food safety practices
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
Ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
Solid communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
A passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
