Food & Beverage Service Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Food & Beverage Service Associate to join our team. Duties
Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations and handling ingredients safely
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout shifts
Handle food with proper safety procedures, adhering to hygiene standards
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including beverages such as coffee or cocktails if applicable
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods
Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times

Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality roles is preferred but not required
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper serving techniques
Experience with food preparation or barista duties is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the food industry
