The Production Team Member is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently producing quality products. This role involves operating equipment, assembling components, inspecting finished products, maintaining a clean work setting, and working collaboratively with the production team to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
Assemble, package, and inspect products to meet quality standards.
Follow work instructions, safety policies, and standard operating procedures.
Perform routine quality checks and report defects or production issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area.
Load and unload materials as required.
Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting when trained.
Accurately complete production records and documentation.
Work effectively with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and workplace safety.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.





Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset but not required.
Ability to learn recent processes and operate production equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) on a regular basis.
Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and machine noise.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment throughout the shift.

Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts when required.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
