Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic busy dental practice. The ideal candidate must be flexible with work days and hours. They will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a robust understanding of dental office operations and the ability to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule appointments and manage patient records using Tracker.
Answer phone calls, checking emails and addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries as necessary.
Maintain accurate patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical terminology standards.
Checking insurance breakdowns, sending pre-authorizations
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing,



data entry, and managing office supplies.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist
Proficiency in using Tracker & Max Assist
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations in a healthcare setting.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
