Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team to provide outstanding guest service.
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members and supervisors.
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
Manage labour costs, food costs, inventory, and restaurant profitability.
Monitor sales, identify opportunities for growth, and implement action plans.
Handle guest concerns professionally and create positive customer experiences.
Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons operating standards and company policies.
Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture.

Qualifications
Previous QSR restaurant management experience with drive thru operstions.
Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.




Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
Experience managing labour, food costs, inventory, and budgets.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
