local contracting company seeking energetic, hard-working, reliable individuals , responsible for executing a variety of finishing tasks in construction environments. The ideal candidate will have willingness to learn the trade of construction or can have a solid background in carpentry , demonstrating proficiency in both hands-on work and technical skills. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Onsite training is available for novice applicants that show potential.

Duties.
Install siding and related materials according to specifications.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Engage in carpentry and woodworking tasks
Participate in assembly tasks for various construction components.
erect and dismantle scaffolding
Perform heavy lifting as required during installations and restorations.




Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications
Experience in construction would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with caulking techniques for sealing joints ,gaps and aesthetics.
Ability to lift heavy materials safely and efficiently.
Some Experience in roofing Could be helpful
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues in office.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members .

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.25-$38.00 per hour
