Growing Langley-based trucking and distribution company is looking for experienced, Class 1 city drivers that are open to cross-training and versatility in supporting the work that we do.

Full time hours available.

Preference given to drivers that are available for weekend work.

Trucks are mostly automatics, but ability to drive manual transmission given priority.

Our fleet includes day cabs, sleepers, and straight trucks. Trailers are dryvans, heaters, and single temp reefers; with tandem & tridem axles. Some equipment has railgates and electric pallet jacks.

TDG is recommended, as we do handle some Dangerous Goods, but we can train.

Work is primarily picking up and delivering shipments, in and around the GVRD and Fraser Valley areas, often dealing with people at consignees (retail locations).

Potential for some regional prospect and quick trips just over the border (FAST card is a bonus).





Optimal candidates have solid experience with rail-gates and electric pallet jacks.

We have well maintained equipment, good work setting and safety bonus!

Requirements:
Valuable attitude and communication skills
Must be fluent in written & verbal English
Prefer 2 years experience driving Class 1 vehicles
Regional highway & winter driving experience a definite asset
Must have clean driver's abstract and no accidents
Be customer service oriented

Hourly rate, quarterly safety bonus, RRSP matching, extended advantages, cell phone reimbursement.
