Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of overnight front desk activities, maintaining guest satisfaction, and securing accurate financial records. Responsibilities
Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports
Greet guests arriving during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone or in person with exceptional customer service skills
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed
Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing information
Ensure the front desk area is clean,



organized, and well-stocked for overnight operations
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting as required
Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction during overnight shifts

Skills
Multilingual or Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse guest population
Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions
Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality is preferred
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service protocols enhances efficiency in this role
Demonstrated ability to handle guest concerns professionally while maintaining composure during busy or stressful situations
Attention to detail for accurate financial recordkeeping and reporting
Ability to work independently during overnight hours while ensuring high standards of service and security

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
