As General Manager, you will provide strategic direction while maintaining accountability for project delivery, profitability, and organizational growth. Position Summary
Lead company operations, project performance, and overall business results

Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in the construction industry
Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Proven success leading teams, operations, and business performance
Solid understanding of project delivery, financial management, and P&L; accountability
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and drive results
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
