Duties
Assist skilled tradespeople by preparing materials, tools, and equipment needed for various tasks
Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies at job sites to ensure timely availability
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the worksite by removing debris and hazards
Support with basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working setting for all team members
Operate simple machinery or tools under supervision as required
Help with site setup and teardown activities to facilitate efficient project progress

Skills




Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work collaboratively with team members
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in construction or industrial settings
Reliable punctuality and dependability in completing assigned tasks on time
Previous experience in manual labour or construction environments is a plus but not required
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a team setting
