Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to lead our outdoor maintenance and horticultural teams. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and quality of landscape projects, ensuring that gardens, lawns, and public spaces are vibrant, healthy, and visually stunning. Duties
Supervise daily operations of landscaping crew, lawn care, and Landscaping projects
landscape maintenance activities including pruning, planting, fertilizing, mowing, and Hedge Trimming
Coordinate with clients and project managers to plan landscaping projects that meet design specifications and deadlines
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and environmental standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Provide training and mentorship to team members on horticultural techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
Monitor inventory levels of tools, plants, fertilizers,



and materials; order supplies as needed for ongoing projects

Experience
Proven supervising experience in landscaping or horticulture environments with a track record of leading successful teams
Solid knowledge of gardening practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques
Construction experience is highly desirable for overseeing installation projects and site improvements
The ability to fix broken 2 stroke equipment an asset
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with safety protocols related to landscaping equipment and chemical handling is essential

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
