Territory Sales Representative – HVAC

With a strong reputation in the market, the organization is focused on helping reduce carbon emissions through advanced HVAC solutions.

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to support their growth in the Greater Kamloops region and BC interior overall.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Growth
Drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing mechanical contractor partners.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region.





Technical Expertise
Serve as a subject matter expert for the HVAC product line.
Provide guidance on complex residential and light commercial projects.

Industry Partnerships
Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and developers.

Qualifications
5+ years of HVAC wholesale or distribution sales experience
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Solid knowledge of residential HVAC systems is preferred
Experience with VRF or heat pump technology is considered an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
