Duties
Provide expert hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs, including cuts, color, and treatments
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients warmly, understanding their desires, and offering professional advice
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client check-in/check-out processes
Promote retail sales by recommending hair care products suited to individual client needs and upselling where appropriate
Communicate clearly with clients about service options, procedures,



and aftercare instructions to enhance their experience
Support team members in maintaining an organized workspace and adhering to salon policies

Experience
Proven experience in hair styling or cosmetology with a valid license or certification as required by local regulations
Solid customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon workplace
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining attention to detail during styling services
Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry
