Duties
Prepare surfaces such as cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Apply paints, stains, and finishes with attention to detail
Perform restoration work on existing structures, ensuring seamless blending with original surfaces
knowledge of scaffolding, used safely for elevated or hard-to-reach areas
knowledge of spray equipment clean ups
Manage project timelines effectively through strong time management skills
Communicate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met and expectations are exceeded
Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times
Skills
Proven experience in commercial painting, interior and exterior residential painting
Skilled in the use of hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, and caulking guns; proficient with power tools including spray guns and sanders
Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and address their needs effectively
Time management abilities to meet deadlines without compromising qualityThis position is ideal for a dedicated professional with a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail.
