Key Responsibilities:
Treatment Delivery: Perform chemical peels, medical facials, and laser treatments with the utmost safety, comfort, and hygiene.
Client Assessment: Evaluate skin conditions and tailor treatments to address client concerns effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and update profiles post-treatment.
Sales Proficiency: Demonstrate strong sales skills, excellent product knowledge, and a knack for selling skincare products.
Sales Targets: Show motivation and drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and commissions.
Client Education: Provide comprehensive information on cosmetic treatments and skincare products, including pre and post-procedure care and treatment frequency.
Customer Service: Ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Quality Assurance: Uphold quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain equipment,



follow safety protocols, and manage accidents or incidents efficiently.

Additional Experience and Skills:
Must be a licensed Medical Aesthetician with a minimum of 2 years of skilled experience.
Proven sales experience with the ability to meet commission targets.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities.
