Responsibilities
Provide hands-on driving instruction in various conditions to ensure students gain practical experience.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their driving skills.
Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and needs.
Maintain a positive and encouraging learning setting that fosters student confidence.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance and progress.
Ensure all instructional materials are up-to-date and relevant to current driving regulations.
Qualifications
Valid Ontario driving instructor's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a driving instructor is required.
Strong communication skills.
Patience and adaptability to work with students of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices is essential.
Your own instructional vehicle that is insured for driver education purposes and is equipped with a dual brake system.
