Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Duties
Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients for productive meal preparation
Cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality
Assist with food plating and presentation to enhance visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items
Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures at all times
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations




Adhere to serving guidelines and assist with food service when necessary

Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety standards is beneficial
Experience with meal preparation and working in a fast-paced kitchen setting is advantageous
Familiarity with the food industry and restaurant operations will help ensure success in this role

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
