Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, creativity, and respectful interactions among children.
Observe and assess each child's progress, tailoring activities to meet individual needs and abilities.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's development, milestones,



and any concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to safety standards and promotes learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities, share best practices, and support inclusive education strategies.

Qualifications
5 Year Early Childhood Education Certification (Required)
Experience teaching at a preschool or running a preschool program (Not required, but highly recommended)
