Role Description The Administrative Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This position is responsible for supporting daily office operations, including managing correspondence, organizing records, and maintaining accurate customer and supplier information. The role handles invoicing and payments, and coordinates with internal team members to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

The Administrative

Associate will respond to customer inquiries, provide service updates, and support the planning and documentation of tasting events and marketing initiatives. This role also involves general office duties such as scheduling, data entry,



and preparing reports to support business decisions. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Administrative Processes skills, including organizing records, managing documentation, and coordinating daily office activities.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience for clients.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a rapid-paced setting.

Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email tools) and comfort learning recent systems.

Previous experience in administrative or office support roles;

experience in the wine, beverage, or hospitality industry is an asset.

Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON, with reliability, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to team work.
