Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a solid commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Operate the POS system for order processing and cash handling.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including food preparation areas and equipment.
Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for change.




Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or experience in the food service industry.
Robust time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Micros POS, is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.60-$24.00 per hour
