As a vital part of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, preparing food according to company standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties
Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Operate the Micros POS system for order processing and cash handling
Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with sanitation protocols
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
Assist in stocking supplies and restocking food items as needed
Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of shifts
Support team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus but not mandatory
