`Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a rapid-paced hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
Assist in seating guests according to seating chart or guest preferences
Manage waitlist during peak hours
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations




Provide assistance to guests with special needs or requests
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
