Duties
Restock shelves efficiently during overnight hours to ensure product availability for customers
Perform merchandising tasks such as arranging displays and checking product placement for accuracy
Maintain cleanliness of aisles, and backroom storage to uphold store standards
Operate equipment such as forklifts safely when needed to move heavy inventory
Conduct regular maintenance checks on store equipment and report any issues promptly
Support inventory management by conducting stock counts and organizing stockrooms
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and maintain a secure setting during overnight hours
Skills
Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
Strong customer service skills to assist team members and support store operations
Bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse customers and staff
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
