Parts Desk Counter
Duties:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product recommendations
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Mitchell
Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked
Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
Assist in order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of products
Maintain a clean and organized counter area
Book appointments for installations
Experience:
Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred
