Job title: Kitchen Helper / Line Cook (South Indian Cuisine)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper / Line Cook to join our team in Etobicoke. The ideal candidate should have kitchen experience, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have knowledge of South Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities:
Assist with daily food preparation and cooking activities
Prepare ingredients including cutting, chopping, and portioning
Support line cooking during busy service hours
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Assist with general kitchen duties as required
Work efficiently as part of a kitchen team





Requirements:
Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper or Line Cook preferred
Experience making Dosa is a solid asset
South Indian cuisine experience preferred
Ability to work 6 days per week and adaptable shifts
Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Schedule: 6 days per week | Shifts between 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Approx. 50–60 hours/week)

Male Candidates are preferred
