Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and ensuring that all towing operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations.

Duties
Operate tow trucks and other vehicles to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles.
Respond promptly to calls for assistance from customers and dispatch.
Conduct vehicle inspections before towing to ensure safety and compliance.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and concerns.
Perform minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of towing operations, including vehicle condition reports.
Ensure that all equipment is in positive working order and report any mechanical issues.




Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols while driving.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license; clean driving record is essential.
Robust mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair is highly desirable.
Previous experience in customer service roles to effectively interact with clients.
Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects.
