Due to rapid growth and a high volume of accounts, we are currently seeking Legal Collection Officers to join our team immediately.

What You’ll Do
Contact customers/debtors to arrange payment and negotiate solutions
Monitor accounts and track payment progress
Resolve billing and collection issues professionally and efficiently
Act as the first point of contact for basic inquiries
Maintain accurate account notes and documentation
Use online tools/skip tracing to locate customers with outdated contact information




Update accounts with new information and next steps
Achieve individual and team collection targets.
Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external
Show respect toward customers, colleagues, and partners, even in challenging situations.
Exhibit strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability as part of our high‑performance team.
