Job Description:
Schedule meetings and appointments
Answer phone calls and route as appropriate, handle a high volume of general correspondence.
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Be able to operate and maintain multiple CRMs/ERPs.
Maintain document and payment records (incoming/ outgoing).
Develop a content strategy that aligns with the brand or business goals.
Conduct research to understand the target audience and their needs.
Plan content calendars and organize timelines for posting across platforms
Write articles, blogs, social media posts, and other written content.
Create visual content such as graphics, infographics, and images for social media or websites
Produce and edit videos, podcasts, or other multimedia content.
Design and create engaging content formats like quizzes, polls, and interactive media.
Post and schedule content on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok).
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.




Track content performance metrics such as views, likes, shares, and comments.
Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or other analytics platforms to measure success.
Take up other duties as they may arise.

Requirements:
Above average typing speed(35 WPM+).
Content creation or social media experience will be an asset
Experience with photo/video editing softwares like adobe photoshop/ illustrator/ coral / canva etc. is an asset
Knowledge of Business Excel is required.
Solid analytical and writing skills.
Oral and Written English fluency is a must.
Proficiency in other languages is an asset but not required.
Ability to work in an extremely quick-paced workplace.
Must be available to work on weekends too.
