Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the well-being and development of children in a safe and nurturing setting. This role involves engaging with children through various activities, ensuring their safety, and providing essential caregiving services. Duties
Supervising children during playtime, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety and engagement
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks, including meal planning and cooking as needed
Assisting with daily routines such as diapering, dressing, and hygiene practices
Creating age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity
Maintaining cleanliness of the childcare area through regular cleaning and organization
Supporting children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care
Teaching basic skills such as sharing, cooperation, and communication




Monitoring children's behavior and providing positive reinforcement to encourage valuable conduct

Skills
Experience in caregiving or working with children in educational or childcare settings
Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks, including meal planning and cooking skills
Compassionate caregiving skills with a patient and nurturing demeanor
Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities to ensure inclusive support
Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic environment for children
Ability to teach foundational skills in a fun and engaging manner
Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with children, parents, and team members
Organizational skills to manage daily routines efficiently
