Kitchen Helper

Pete's Frootique & Fine Foods is well known for its delicious, freshly prepared food made right on the premises. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play an key support role in the preparation and production of high-quality food items that help keep our deli and lunchline running smoothly.

In this role, you will assist with basic food preparation, including portioning, packaging, and organizing food items to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality. You will support the kitchen and lunchline teams by keeping ingredients stocked, prepared items readily available, and workspaces clean and organized.

You will also assist in maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization while working as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Solid attention to detail, valuable communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications
Previous kitchen or food service experience is considered an asset
Positive, enthusiastic, and dependable attitude




Passion for food and interest in food preparation
Willingness to learn current skills and follow direction
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
