Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our worksite, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe, organized workplace. The ideal candidate is physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to team success.

Duties

Asphalt Work
Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and repair
Rake, shovel, and spread hot asphalt material
Clean and prepare surfaces (sweeping, grading, removing debris)
Support roller and paving machine operations
Direct traffic and ensure site safety when required
Perform general site cleanup after paving

Concrete Work
Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
Carry and place forms, rebar, and mesh
Mix concrete and transport materials
Use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, and floats
Remove forms and clean tools after concrete sets
Maintain clean and safe work areas

Experience




Prior experience in manual labor, construction, or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
Basic understanding of workplace safety standards is desirable but not mandatory
Reliable transportation and punctuality are key for consistent attendance
