Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The Kitchen Staff will ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist with meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service
Serve food to customers in a courteous and efficient manner
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment
Follow food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times
Stock ingredients and supplies, monitor inventory levels, and notify management of shortages
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations




Help with dishwashing, cleaning, and organizing the kitchen area as needed

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and food safety standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is a plus
