Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and inclusive Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We’re looking for someone who thrives in customer service, loves creating a welcoming atmosphere, and knows how to keep both staff and guests happy while maintaining smooth operations behind the scenes.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with solid hospitality experience, excellent people skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team in a busy nightlife and restaurant setting.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service delivery
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff
Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain quality standards
Foster an inclusive, respectful, and discrimination-free workplace culture aligned with LGBTQIA2S+ values
Manage Excel spreadsheets related to inventory, ordering, and cash handling procedures
Conduct interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members with a focus on equity and inclusion
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards




Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming workplace for all guests

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Excellent team management and staff supervision skills
Experience interviewing, training, and developing team members
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
Ability to oversee both front-of-house and bar operations
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Experience in restaurant, kitchen operations, or the food industry is highly desirable

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
