We are looking for full-time Frame Stylist/ Opthalmic Assistants for our Sechelt office.
Individuals who are team-oriented, outgoing with strong sales ability who can show empathy and compassion to our customers needs. Experience within the industry is welcome, but not required.
What You'll Do:
Set up and pre-test patients for eye exams and sight tests
Provide exceptional, meticulous and unforgettable positive customer experiences
Connect with customers both in person and on the phone
Style customers with prescription glasses and sunglasses, answer questions and assist with online or in-store orders
Read prescriptions and handle all minor repairs and frame adjustments (training provided)
Develop and nurture relationships with customers
Hold thorough brand and product knowledge
Process patients transactions
Clean, restock and sanitize retail and optical areas
Observe relevant health and safety standards and maintain a clean and professional setting
Who You Are
Outgoing, vibrant and motivated with a genuine passion for customer service and desire to help others
Expert communication skills and transparent listening skills
Enthusiastic about fashion, retail and eyewear styling
Well-groomed with an innate personal style
Previous retail and Optical/Optometry experience is an asset but not a reqirement
