Glow The Event Store is looking for energetic, creative, and customer-loving individuals to join our seasonal team as a Retail Sales Supervisor. Our showroom retail store is a vibrant hub filled with balloons, fireworks, concessions, candles, costumes, and all things celebration. If you enjoy working in a quick-paced, fun setting where no two days are the same, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
Create magical balloon designs, including garlands, arches, bouquets, sculptures, and custom décor for events such as birthdays, weddings, and corporate celebrations
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect products
Support retail sales by assisting with customer orders, offering recommendations, and upselling add-ons
Assist with planning, organizing, and assembling firework displays (training provided)
Operate the cash register and process payments accurately using a POS system
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Work closely with a creative and collaborative team to meet daily and seasonal goals




Assist with general store tasks including restocking, setup, and cleanup as needed

What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service and communication skills
Creative ability, especially an interest in balloon design or event décor, is a strong asset
Comfort handling cash and learning POS systems
Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
Reliable availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
Previous retail or creative experience is an asset, but training will be provided
