Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part Time Speech Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital setting, particularly in acute care, and will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in patients of all ages. This role requires a robust focus on patient care and effective case management to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.

Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills and swallowing functions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic client care.




Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest medical terminology and advancements in speech therapy practices.

Requirements
A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current provincial licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist.
Previous pediatric experience, particularly in working with neurodivergent children.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.

Job Types: Part time, Freelance

Pay: $80.00-$103.78 per hour
