Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with attention to quality, timing, and consistency to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety protocols
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently completing assigned tasks
Handle food with care,
following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal delivery
Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen settings is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude toward collaboration with kitchen staff and servers
Familiarity with serving standards and meal presentation is a plus
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment
Pay: $18.25-$25.71 per hour
