Dolphin Delivery Ltd. is a successful provider of logistics and transportation services across Canada and the USA. It was established in 1968 and incorporated under British Columbia law in 1972. Dolphin is one of the largest regional carriers in the Province of B.C., operating not only in Greater Vancouver but in Western Canada and the U.S. Pacific Northwest.
We are expanding and seeking a full-time Sales Representative to fit right in with our company. We are looking for someone to help represent our company by bringing in new customers as well as making sure our current customers stay happy. We are looking for a team-player who can work well with the rest of our team in ensuring loads are being delivered on time and updating customers when that cannot be reached.
Your responsibilities:
· Bring in new customers
· Keep a valuable relationship with customers
· Use sales calls and regular emails to build strong and trusting relationships with customers
· Assist customers in booking deliveries/getting quotes on new runs
What we are looking for from you:
Post-secondary education in sales and marketing
3 to 5 years’ of related experience with a demonstrated track record of sales success
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
Excellent sales skills
Excellent communication skills with solid negotiation skills
Highly motivated and driven to success
Strong computer skills
